• The e acute is ISO-8859-1 safe.
• But I can't see the character for e acute when I insert & eacute; or & eacute; only, unfortunately, an " i ".
• Anyway, if I use the e acute listed in the extra characters I presume it should show up correctly on most machines ( ? ) If this is so, I shall have to go and edit a number of entries where I changed what appeared to me as an " i " to an ordinary " e " figuring that was less confusing.
